Samuel Fench Jr.

He is survived by his loving wife of 26 years, Kathleen; daughter, Samina; son, Samuel and granddaughter, Brooklyn. He is also survived by a sister, Rebecca J. Moore; brother, Martin Woods; numerous nieces and nephews; and a host of special family and wonderful friends.

Sam received an A.A.S. degree in Physical Therapy from CCSN in 1994. Throughout his career, he worked at various facilities including St. Rose Dominican Hospitals and most recently at Henderson Hospital. Sam thoroughly enjoyed helping his patients. Sam was a loving and devoted husband, father and papa who cherished his family. He will be truly missed.

A visitation will be held from 4:30-8:30pm on Tuesday, May 25, 2021 at Palm Eastern Mortuary. A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, May 26, 2021, 11:00am at St. Anne Catholic Church, 1901 S. Maryland Pkwy., Las Vegas, NV 89104.
