Sandra Eileen Hadley-Micheli

Sandra Eileen Hadley-Micheli, 83, a resident of Las Vegas, NV, passed away on 4 February, 2025. She was born in Dryden, MI, to Lawrence Lloyd Hadley and Alma Rose Hadley on 14 December,1941. She married Ralph Smiecinski on 1 September, 1962. They raised 5 children together. They divorced and Sandra married Thayer Jacob Coon on 7 July, 1977, who was a second father to the children. They divorced in 1991, and Sandra later married Adolph L. Micheli on 17 October, 2015, in the autumn of their lives. They enjoyed bible study and travel to Europe and Italy during their honeymoon.

She was a graduate from catholic nursing school. She worked as a registered nurse for over 30 years in Michigan, Ohio, West Virginia and Nevada. She worked in neonatal, emergency, intensive and critical care, culminating in being the head nurse of the cardiac cath lab at Southern Nevada Memorial Hospital in Las Vegas, NV. After retiring from her nursing career she became a Nevada real-estate agent for several years until retiring again.

She is survived by her 6 children: Pamela (Naveed), David (Jeanette), Kimberly (Joshua), Karen (Gustavo), Jeff, and step-son Thayer William Coon. In addition, she was the proud grandmother of 9 grandchildren: Joshua Scot, Graham (Erin), Alexis (Nolan), Samantha Scot (Casey), Julian Jacob, Sabrina Scot (Tim), David William, Benjamin Leo, and Kierra; and 4 great-grandchildren: Porter Scot, Stevie Scot, Jack Robert, and Clark. Sandra was the oldest of eleven children: Carol Nowaczyk, Larry Hadley (Zaneta), Russell Hadley (Jeanette), Patricia Owel (Dave), Daniel Hadley (Jackie), Annette Hadley, Rem Bridgford (Keith), Jacqueline Zetye, Margaret Ribaudo and Stephen Hadley (Amy). She was pre-deceased by her grandson Joshua Scot, sister Carol Nowaczyk, sister-in-law Carol Hadley, ex-husband Thayer Jacob Coon, and most recent husband Adolph L. Micheli. In addition, she had an older sister named Judith Ann Hadley who passed away at birth.

A visitation for Sandra will be held Wednesday, February 19, 2025 from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM at Palm Mortuary - Eastern, 7600 S Eastern Ave, Las Vegas, NV 89123. A funeral service will occur Thursday, February 20, 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at St. Thomas More Catholic Community, 130 N Pecos Rd, Henderson, NV 89074. A committal service will occur Thursday, February 20, 2025 from 11:00 AM to 11:30 AM at Palm Eastern Cemetery, 7600 S Eastern Ave, Las Vegas, NV 89123.
