Born on August 29, 1973, in Provo, Utah, Sarah was the beloved daughter of Brad and Brenda Burch. She grew up alongside her older brother Jared Burch, and two sisters Erin Campbell, and Lauren Benzaquen. Sarah graduated from Valley High School and, shortly thereafter, married the love of her life, Lance Reber, on June 20, 1992. Together they built a beautiful life and welcomed two sons, Seth Reber on December 30, 1997, and Jakob Reber on December 13, 2001.
Sarah spent her life creating meaningful connections with family, friends, and all who had the privilege of knowing her. Her home and heart were always open to those she loved. Sarah was known for her kindness, strength, generosity, and unwavering faith. A devoted member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, she faithfully served in many church callings, including Cub Scouts and teaching young women. She earned her associate degree and worked for the State of Nevada in Social Services, where she was able to help and serve others.
She found joy in playing bingo with friends, discovering new restaurants, and sharing laughter with those around her. An exceptional baker, Sarah was known for her delicious cupcakes, almond roca, and banana cakes, which she lovingly made for family and friends. She especially treasured family trips to Disneyland. Sarah was also a devoted fan of the Raiders and loved the movie “The Nightmare Before Christmas.”
Above all else, she cherished time spent with her family. She especially adored her first grandson, Lance Reber, who brought her immeasurable joy and gave her strength throughout her health journey. Her warmth, resilience, and loving spirit touched countless lives and will be remembered always.
Sarah is survived by her two sons Seth and Jakob Reber, her daughters-in-law Eliza and Lacie Reber, her beloved grandson Lance, her father Brad, her brother Jared and her two sisters Erin and Lauren.
Though our hearts are heavy with loss, we find comfort in the memories she leaves behind and in knowing that she has been reunited with her beloved husband and mother. The love she gave so freely and the lasting impact she made on everyone fortunate enough to know her will continue to live on in the hearts of those she loved.
A funeral service will be held on June 13, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. at 1525 Guilford Drive, Henderson, Nevada 89014.
Sarah will be deeply missed and forever loved.
