

His parents, of blessed memory were William and Esther (Worth) Croft. He is survived by his wife Lana Croft; sons, Bill (Enas) Croft and Dan (Melinda) Croft; sister, Bettye (Mike) Schuman; brother, Paul (Freddie) Croft; grandchildren, Marissa, Carly, and Jacoby; sister-in-law, Susan Leventer; sister-in law and brother-in-law, Deborah and Michael Hirsch; as well as many beloved nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Sidney attended Sutton Elementary, Johnstown Junior High, San Jacinto High, and graduated from Bellaire High School in 1958.
Sidney loved building houses and apartments He started building with his dad at the age of five. He was in business with his brother Paul until retirement in 1995. Sidney married Lana Leon in 1962, and he built their Moonlight Home in 1963. They lived on Moonlight next door to Paul and Freddie and their three sons for 32 years. Their second home was on Tiki Island, Texas, and was their dream to live on the water where Sidney could fish every day. And he did! For twenty years! For the last nine years, Sidney and Lana have lived in their third home, Las Vegas. Here they loved living closer to their children, making new friends, and traveling.
