Stanley “Tosh” Teruo Oshiro, 76, of Las Vegas, passed away September 16, 2023. He was born January 17, 1947 in Honoka’a, Hawaii on the Hamakua Coast of the Big Island of Hawaii to Shinsei and Hatsuko Oshiro. Tosh was a graduate of Honoka’a High School, Class of 1965 and then went on to join the US Air Force where he achieved the rank of Staff Sergeant. Tosh held a 40-year-long career with Hawaiian Airlines until his retirement.
Tosh was preceded in death by his wife, Natlee Oshiro; and his parents. He is survived by his daughters, Leslie Hokoana (Evan), Patricia Santiago (Mike), and Pamela Vande Walle (George); his son, PJ Oshiro (Chandy); his brothers, “Mamo” Oshiro (Emily), Paul Oshiro, and Eddie Oshiro; his sister, Jan Maratas; his brother-in-law, Wilfred Onishi (Deceased – Jane); grandsons, Michael Anthony Santiago, Liko Hokoana, Jaden Oshiro, and Troy Oshiro; and granddaughters, Marissa Santiago, Maui Hokoana, and Mālie Hokoana.
