

Terrell (Terry) Lynn Kimbrell, 68, of Las Vegas passed away on February 4, 2017. He was born on June 20, 1948 to Melvin and Anna Kimbrell in Memphis, TN. Terry was a true patriot and served in the U.S. Army Wolfhounds 25th Division during the Vietnam War from 1968-1969 and was awarded a Purple Heart and many other medals for his service. Terry moved to Las Vegas with the love of his life in 1981 and worked as a correctional officer for the State of Nevada. He was a wonderful and devoted husband, father, grandpa, brother and friend. Terry is survived by his 7 brothers and sisters; Garner, Don, Charles, Patricia, Bonnie, Ricky and Becky, wife Deborah, cat Joey, 5 children, 9 grandchildren and 28 nieces and nephews all who he loved dearly. He is preceded in death by his mother and father, two brothers and a son.
Services will be held Monday February 13th at 10:40 am, at the Southern Nevada Veterans Memorial Cemetery located at 1900 Veterans Memorial Dr. Boulder City, NV. The family requests donations in lieu of flowers be made to the Wounded Warrior Project at Woundedwarriorproject.Org/donate.
