2026.
Terry was so much more than a beloved husband, father, son, brother, and friend. He was a bright light in the lives of everyone fortunate enough to know him. With his infectious humor, larger-than-life personality, and heart of gold, Terry had an extraordinary gift for making people feel welcome, valued, and loved. Raised in Wisconsin, Terry’s journey through life took him to Arizona, Utah, and eventually Las Vegas, Nevada, where he made his home. No matter where life took him, one thing remained constant: his love for the people around him.
To Terry, family was everything. His beloved mother, who preceded him in death, his father, his wife, his daughter, his stepson, and his sister were the center of his world. His love for them was immeasurable, and the bond he shared with each of them was something truly special. But Terry’s definition of family extended far beyond blood. His friends were his family, too. He had a remarkable ability to connect with people from all walks of life. He never met a stranger, and with his gift of gab, quick wit, and unforgettable sense of humor, he could strike up a conversation with anyone and leave them smiling.
Terry was the kind of man who always rooted for the underdog. He believed in lifting people up, making others feel important, and giving everyone a chance. He would give the shirt off his back to someone in need without expecting anything in return. His generosity wasn’t something he practiced occasionally; it was simply who he was.
He also had an adventurous spirit and an undeniable need for speed! Whether he was tearing through the sand dunes in his beloved buggy or getting behind the wheel of anything with a motor, Terry loved the thrill of the ride. The faster, the better! Those who knew him will forever remember his excitement, his laughter, and his passion for living life to the fullest. Later in life, Terry discovered a love for pickleball and quickly became an accomplished player, even competing in the sport. He loved the game and especially treasured the time spent playing with friends and his dad.
Above all, Terry loved deeply. He loved his family fiercely, cherished his friendships, and found joy in bringing happiness to others. His presence could light up a room, his laughter was contagious, and his heart was big enough to make everyone feel like they belonged.
Although his time with us was far too short, the love he gave, the laughter he shared, and the memories he created will live on forever.
Terry passed because of his heart, but he will forever be remembered because of his heart. His heart was his greatest gift to this world, and the love he leaves behind will never fade.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations in Terry’s memory to support the
