Patricia Rowland, 56, of Henderson, passed away Oct. 5, 2010. She was born Jan. 10, 1954, in Butte, Mont., and was a 39-year resident of Nevada. "Trish," as she was known by most, was a proud mother, grandmother, sister, aunt and friend. She was at her happiest and best when she was surrounded by the people that she loved and that loved her. Generosity and compassion were her two biggest strengths, as you knew if she could do anything for you, she would. Some of her favorite things included her granddaughters, animals and her friends. Trish took great pride in being an original cast member in the opening of the MGM Grand. She was a retired casino cage shift manager. It was at the MGM Grand where she formed some of her most meaningful relationships and gained the love and respect of her co-workers. Trish was preceded in death by her mother, Cora Michaud; sister-in-law, Judy Michaud; and nephew, Michael Michaud. She is survived by her father, Roy (Delphie) Michaud; two sons, Dustin (Paula) Dehart and Jason (Jennifer) Rowland; two granddaughters, Mckenna and Marli Rowland; one sister, Debi (Doug) Nutton; one brother, Dave Michaud; nephews, Brandon Nutton, Patrick Michaud and Cameron Michaud; and many friends that loved her and are better because of her! Services will be at 3 p.m. Monday, Oct. 11, at Palm Mortuary, 7600 S. Eastern Ave.
Arrangements under the direction of Palm Green Valley Funeral Home, Las Vegas, NV.
