I only met you once at Pililaau Resort ...I remembered you kept offering me Heineken but since Dad was with me...I kept refusing and you have no idea how I wanted to have one. My Dearest brother,  You always made time for everyone even when you were going through your own storms. You were selfless, patient and a very humble being. I will always remember as   a brother. You loved us just like you loved your family right away without even having to get to know us. My favorite memory will always be our experience with Diesel at the Waianae Gas Station lol. You and Laura had to stay there with us the whole night even when you had work at 6 in the morning waiting for the tow truck to come take my car home.  Such a a humble and loving soul. Will miss you dearly Brother Stumer.

Dear my uncle Stumer, If i could talk to you right now i’d thank you for everything you’ve done for me and my siblings. You would never say no to us because we were your babies. You were the hardest working, loving, and sweetest person to ever walk this earth and i’ll forever cherish our memories together. With you gone there is a piece missing in our family that could never be fixed but I know you and Ethereal are looking down on us now and guiding us throughout this life. I was one of the lucky ones to have known you my whole life, I got to feel your warmth and hear your laughter and most importantly be loved by you. For that I will always be thankful . I was your baby before Eddie came along and I promise to show him the love you’ve shown me while I was growing up. Hey uncle, Man I don’t even know where to start. Thank you for all you’ve done and the blessing you brought upon us throughout your life and I’m sorry I didn’t truly appreciate all of it till the day I was told God called your name.  One thing I I looked up to you the most was your patience and positivity through the hard times. For example Eddie is far from an easy kid to deal with everyday but you always stayed patient and loved him even when he made it very very hard lol. You may be gone physically uncle but you’ll always be present in my heart through everything I do. when life gets tough, you and ethereal will be the ones to help me push through it. I promise on my life I’ll make you proud uncle, I promise.

I've known Tumua for almost 20 years. We worked together at two of those outreach/case management agencies in which he wasn't just a co-worker but a brother to me. There is two things of many that I would like to share. 1. Tumua always picked up on things that no one else noticed. Like if a client was getting high and trying to hide it he sometimes would be the only one who picked up on it. Or two clients were sleeping together and trying to hide it, Tumua would notice. 2. The second thing is that Tumua was around a lot of gay and trans people but he never cared, he never treated us differently, or was ashamed to be seen with us. One time he protested with us gays for equal rights in front the capital.  Later an article came out and his picture was in it and he was proud to be in it. Tumua loved everyone he met the same. I have so many memories with him and he changed my life for the better just by being in it. To his family and those who loved him I am sorry for your loss of a wonderful person taken way too soon.  I will miss you forever stumah.

Uncle Stumer, we had our talk so you already know... 
The mean sister,  but you said,  "You're not mean, you're protective" and i said, you're right, i like that, lol... you get me. A man of few words, but you always made it count.

Hi Uncle Stuma , Aunty Laura , & Eddie Boy ! I was very blessed to have you 3 in my life , especially uncle stuma . To the calmest & sweetest person ever , I wanted to thank you for coming to my graduation . He was the first person to show up at my drive by and for that I’ll never forget it . Wishing I could hug you all right now & be with you all through this rough time . I love & miss you all ❤️ 

I miss you STUMA.  It's still hard to believe that your gone.   I'm glad that my family and I had a chance to spend part of our lives with you, you will be forever missed brother.   I watched your big day on line, it was beautiful, and it was evident that you were so loved.  If it weren't for the covid, they would have had to find another venue because it would have been jammed packed with all the people you have touched and loved  while you were here.   Thank you for your love, your community service,  your kindness, and your friendship.   Rest in Love brother.
