Vera Marie Roberto Flores

Vera Marie Roberto Flores was born to Wallace Henry Roberto and Mary Torres Roberto on June 30, 1965 in Tamuning, Guam. Vera married Rickey Manibusan Flores on June 27, 1987 and the two welcomed sons Rick Michael and Sean-Matthew Flores.

As a probation officer, Vera helped those who were troubled by allowing them to get a second chance at life. She went on to serve as a professional counselor, listening to those who were victimized by bullying, violence, and crime. Upon relocating to Las Vegas, Nevada with son Sean-Matthew, she taught children in the Clark County school system.

Despite battling stage four metastatic cancer for two and a half years, Vera never failed to persevere, inspire, and love. Her indelible legacy will live on through her two sons, her family, and her beloved friends.
