Victor J. Merkow

Vic was born in Buenos Aires, Argentina, to Nathan and Sophie Merkow (nee Nudelman). He and his family immigrated to America in 1962 and he has been a southern Nevada resident since 2005. He was an avid Team Argentina soccer fan and Los Angeles Dodgers baseball fan. Vic is preceded in death by his parents and son, William. He is survived by his wife, Nilda; daughter, Sandra Pifer (Richard); three sons, Bernard (Cristal-Ann), Edward, and Richard; five grandchildren, David, Vanessa, Jacob, Monica, and Isaac; and three great-grandchildren, Kaliah, Jacoby, and Kimora. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 on Friday, January 18, 2019 at Groman Eden Mortuary, 11500 Sepulveda Blvd, Mission Hills, CA. Burial will follow at Eden Memorial Park. Family requests that memorial donations the American Diabetes Association. King David Memorial Chapel handled the arrangements.
