Vincent Roa, 87, of Las Vegas, passed away peacefully September 19, 2017 at Sunrise Hospital in Las Vegas. He was born July 24, 1930 in Balingasag, Philippines to Miguel Roa and Rosario De Los Reyes. Vincent was and enjoyed being a livestock business owner. Vincent was a jolly man who loved the piano, dancing and singing. He was a wonderful and loving husband, father, brother, uncle, grandfather, great grandfather and friend. He is preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by his beloved wife Mila Roa; two daughters, Mary Grace Manalaysay; and Mary Joy Hammer both of Las Vegas; two sons Vincent Roa Jr of California; Michael Roa of Philippines; his sisters Julie Palines of New York; Lucia Pagara of Philippines and all of the grandchildren and great grandchildren. We are truly going to miss all the laughter and memories. Services will be held on Saturday, September 23, 2017 at Palm Southwest Mortuary 7979 W Warm Springs Rd Las Vegas, NV 89113
