Virgilio Angelo M Ramos

Jill was born on October 28, 1958, in Manila, Philippines to Dr. Dominador and Eliza Mariano Ramos. On October 11, 1979, he married Lorylene Aseron. They raised three sons, Varien Lurich (married to Crisnel Llagas), Didier Ian (married to Elaine Medina) and Jill Ildrich along with two daughters, Jillian Daren and Ithonya Avrell (married to Tyree Fry). He also left behind six grandchildren, Caevee, Bjern, Euryh, Czhean, ET and Xyierh. He received his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from Centro Escolar University (Phils.) in 1982, and practiced dentistry until 2000 before immigrating to the USA.

On July 19, 1977, while attending college, he became a member of the Alpha Phi Omega International Collegiate Service Fraternity and Sorority (Phils.), PSI Chapter, Tragedy Batch 77b. A brotherhood organization he so loved and served. He also became a part of the Alpha Phi Omega Dental Association of the Philippines, extending free dental services to the needy. In Las Vegas, Nevada, he was one of the chartered members of the Alpha Phi Omega Nevada State Alumni Association. He lived his life in accordance to the three cardinal principles of Alpha Phi Omega – Leadership, Friendship and Service.

He worked as a dental assistant for the last twenty years and became a back office supervisor through exemplary work and ethics in the workplace. He had influenced so many by his humility, friendly nature, compassion and dedication to his work. Jill was generous in sharing his knowledge about dentistry and had mentored many. A person so easy to be with and talk to, he was loved, admired and respected by family, friends, co-workers and anyone who knew him.

Funeral services will be held at the Palm Mortuary located at 7600 S Eastern Ave., Las Vegas, NV 89123 on the following dates:

July 28, 2020, Tuesday – Viewing from 4:30 – 8:30 pm

July 29, 2020, Wednesday – Service from 10 – 11 am
