Walter Joel Santos, 46, employed as a taxi driver, of Las Vegas, passed away November 11, 2016. He was born on March 21, 1970 in Oka, Tamuning, Guam and had been a resident of Nevada since June 2004. Walter Joel is survived by his children, Julienne, Nikolas and Jennifer. Visitation will be from 2PM to 4PM on Saturday, November 19, with funeral to follow, all at Palm Southwest Mortuary, 7979 W.
