Wilfredo Gomez, 66 years old, passed away unexpectedly on January 26, 2022 in Las Vegas, Nevada. The family is deeply saddened by his sudden death. Wilfredo was born on November 8, 1955, to his mother Maria and his father Angel in Brooklyn, New York. Wilfredo spent the majority of his life in New York until he moved to Las Vegas, Nevada with his children, and wife.
Wilfredo was a person who worked hard all his life from a young age and would never complain. He enjoyed spending time with his children and loved ones, loved anything related to Star Trek, Star Wars, Sci-fi, DC comics, baseball, and football. He was a huge New York Mets and New York Jet fan. His favorite hobbies included listening to music, traveling with his children, reading, attending Star Trek conventions, and completing crosswords puzzles.
He is survived by his children, Justin, and Roxana who he loved dearly and was very proud of. Justin and Roxana loved their father very much and are coping with the unexpected death of their father as best as they can. Wilfredo was an attentive father who was involved in his children’s lives. Wilfredo would always attend all of his children’s events and never missed any special moments in their lives.
Wilfredo was a wonderful son, brother, husband, father, uncle, and friend. Wilfredo is also survived by the mother of his children, Silvia; his sisters, Jacqueline, and Sylvia; his nieces and nephews, and extended family.
We will always remember and love you for being the amazing father you were.
