William Joseph O’Donnell, 77, of Henderson, Nevada passed away Thursday, January 30, 2014. He was born June 5, 1936, to James and Helen O’Donnell, in Waterville, Maine. Bill grew up with his two brothers James and Jack; and one sister, Kathleen. Bill graduated from high school at 16 and entered the Coast Guard at 17. He moved to Nevada and attended UNR. He then moved to Lake Tahoe and began his career in the Casino business. Bill married Carole Fusaro in 1968. Bill is survived by his daughter, Kristi Ezell; son, Lon O’Donnell; son-in-law, Brian Ezell; daughter-in-law, Krista O’Donnell; granddaughters, Mallory, Kaci and Cady; grandson, Bobby; and brother, Jack.
Services will be held on Wednesday, February 5, 2014 at 3:00pm, with a reception following from 4:00 to 6:00pm, both at Palm Mortuary, 7600 S. Eastern Avenue, Las Vegas, Nevada 89123.
