William Robert Pierce Jr.

Bill Pierce, 78, a long time resident of the Las Vegas area, passed away on Sunday January 24, 2021 at St. Rose Hospital - San Martin campus surrounded by both immediate and extended family.

He was born on December 4, 1942 in Kansas City, MO. He remained in the Kansas City area working for the Burlington Northern Railroad. Upon retiring in 2003, he resided in Las Vegas for his retirement years.

He had three daughters, Sheila (Pierce) Graham, Sherri (Pierce) Christiansen, and Stacey (Pierce) Kistner as well as extended family Gail Sims, Jeff Sims and Tonya Sims.

He loved food and watching football. He was a KC Chiefs fan from the very start! He always had a good story to tell, was very witty and loved to make you laugh!

A celebration of life will be at a later date.
