I will always remember how kind and loving Mark was when coaching my son, Quinten in basketball. Quinten knew very little about the mechanics of the game and as he and Addison were two of the biggest players Mark expected  him to perform each game. Patience, smiles, and encouragement with made or missed shots. Such a wonderful  role model, loyal , kind, and generous friend to the Wesley family.  The Conley's will forever be family and  in our hearts.

Blanche, I was very sadden to hear of Mark passing. He was always my favorite store manager. He was always smiling and greeted you with your first and last name.  Once he called me by my real first name of Vivian and I told him do you really want to play that game because I would call him Willie. He never used my real first name again.  We both laughed about that. He will be missed by all that knew him.  RIP Mark Conley

It is our hope that God who knows the number of our days will guide your steps and thoughts as you travel this journey.  We know that God will give you comfort and healing during this difficult time.

I met Mark in 1997 while working at WalMart in Maryland. We bothe we’re Store Managers in two towns rather close together.  We became friends and always kept in touch through the years. Mark will be missed dearly and my condolences to Blanche his wife.  Mark always was their if I had a question or just needed someone to talk too. A great motivator and positive thinker who embodied humility.  I cannot believe has gone with our Lord and Savior. You will be missed.  I continue to pray for the family. My friend you will be missed.

Our condolences to Blanche and the entire family. Jerry and I have know Mark and Blanche for many years. My God makes no mistakes, as he brings Mark home to his new life, rest in Heaven our dear friend, and look after all those that yearn for your presence. Its not going to be easy, those constant memories leaves pain. In those darkest nights, bring light and comfort to Blanche and the entire family when the pain gets to difficult. We were separated over the years through our military career and Mark and Blanche career journey, but every time we talk with them it was like nothing had changed just the miles between us. Mark you are the Best Brother-in-law I’ve had. You are and were that a man, husband, father and friend to your love ❤️ ones. You will truly be missed. Mark would walk into NLV Reef with a smile greeting all employees.  He would call me "Ana Mae" I never knew why. He always had great plans for inventory department. He liked to see the sales floor organized and would tell me that the team was doing a good job. He told me he was trying to convince his wife to getting another dog after he seen pictures of my frenchie. He would give me good advice and tell me previous employer stories. He was kind and respectful to us, and a great leader. We will miss you Mark, rest in peace.

Mark will always be remembered with a smile. He was more than a Director of Retail! A man  who told me how much he loves his wife, told me stories about going to his alumni reunion, showed me pictures of his days playing basketball, talks about his son all the time and how he would try to make him work out at the gym with his significant other or when he hired him a professional coach for him to play/practice basketball, showing off his truckfit shirt that his son got him, and even told me the funny spices that they had back at his home town. He had the biggest smile telling me about the “Slap yo Momma” spice. Mark would always chit chat with me when I clock out for work and waiting for my ride, just to keep me company and stay in the loop with his or my life. Plus!!! He would call me by my nickname, Gotti! Who can say they had an amazing manager/dear friend like that?  I’m truly blessed to have crossed path with someone that was wise. All I can say is that I never really saw the “good” in goodbyes. So for I say, see you later my dear friend. Until next time...

Mark and I used to always talk about our mutual love of the Chesapeake Bay. It was always so easy to start a conversation with him. Every time I saw him he was smiling- like seriously. Every. Single. Time. I wished I’d gotten more time with him but I’ll always be grateful for what I did get. Rest easy, Mark. Thank you for everything.

Mark was an amazing individual & a great leader. He would always talk about his time with the driving school back home & always talked about his son . We both drove the same white sonata and would crack jokes about it all the time ! Mark was a kind soul!! He will surely and greatly be missed . Your the man Mark! 

Although I worked with Mark for a short while, every time we crossed paths he always had a big smile , was friendly and happy to see everyone. I'm sorry for your loss.
