It was with great sadness that I learned of Joe's passing. I worked for Joe as an apprentice at National Place and JW Marriott. I was always in awe of Joe's leadership and professionalism. He taught me plenty about being a stand up guy and being a man. We were separated by many years but we enjoyed many laugh's together and I was honored that he was my friend. He made an indelible and positive impact on my life. Thank you Joe.

Joe was our neighbor for 13 years.  He was a wonderful person and a great neighbor.  Our sympathy and prayers go to Lynn and the rest of his family.

My condolences go out to his family.  Joe and I spent much time together traveling for E. C. Ernst.  I always admired the positive attitude he had even during some rough spots in his life. Rest in Peace Joe!

I had the pleasure of working for Joe when I was a 2nd year apprentice @ national place where there were over 60 electricians on the job. And saw him years later and he knew who I was. He was agood electrician and a great foreman and I will always remember what he taught me. My thoughts and prayers go out to his family he will be greatly missed

Our thoughts and prayers are with the Licausi family at this difficult time. I had the pleasure of working with Joe for many years. He was a friend and colleague who will be missed by many.

Joe has always been an inspiration especially to his workout buds at the Columbia Athletic Club.  At times, we would use this venue to talk about family, and the importance of never giving up on those you love.  As such, his word of wisdom has provided me with greater insight of the importance of family as well as cherishing every moment with them.  Joe will be missed, but at the same time, we should be grateful to have had him as our friend.

Joe was a great guy. Always a smile on his face and a wonderful person to be around. Loved working out with him at the gym. He was an inspiration to all his friends at the Columbia Athletic Club and will be missed.

Joe was a fabulous guy who I worked with every Saturday morning at Hobbits Glen Golf Club. I loved hearing him talk about his wife and huge family. My deepest sympathies go out to his loved ones.

My sincere  condolences to the LiCausi family. I had the honor of working for Joe with E.C.  Ernst and becoming a friend. Joe made an impact in many lives, myself included. Rest in peace.

Joe and Lynn have been our next door neighbors and friends for almost 16 years.  

Joe was always helpful, friendly and full of life and energy.  He always took the time to offer a kind word.  We have been honored to know Joe and will miss him.
