Donald Albert Hunt

Donald was born in Aurora, IL to Albert and Mildred Louise Hunt on April 23, 1941.

He moved to Lawrenceburg 34 years ago.

He was a very loving father, brother and son.

He was known everywhere for his kindness and generosity. He could always make you smile and always had something funny to say. He was a very giving man.

Don loved car racing and baseball. He was a great fan of Jeff Gordon #24 and the Chicago Cubs.

He made friends easily and loved everyone—especially his daughters and had a very special place in his heart for his grandchildren, great-grandchildren, his sister, his brothers and his parents.

He is survived by 5 daughters, Vicky (Trent) Fletcher of Provo, Utah; April Mae Braly of Lawrenceburg, TN, Bobbie Garland of Columbia, TN, Candice Hunt of Leoma, TN, Rebecca Brown of Columbia, TN; 12 grandchildren, Aaron, Nathan, Brian, Holly, Brandy, Tasha, Kyle, Jessica, Jillian, Levi, Christian Alexis and Maddax; 5 great-grandchildren, Daniel, Rianna, Ryan, Ta'kori Izell, and Maleek; a sister, Louise Hunt Jones of Warrenville, Il, 2 brothers, Herbert “Hub” (Donna) Hunt of Haines City, FL and Roger (Sandy) Hunt of Marseilles, IL and also many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents Albert and Mildred Louise Hunt of Batavia, IL and a great-grandaughter, Treasure Love Daly.

The family will have a private viewing, Saturday, May 13, 2013. A graveside service for family and friends will be held at 2 pm that same day at the Gum Spring Cemetery in Leoma, TN.

A family and friends luncheon will take place after the service at 2066 Fall River Road, Leoma, TN.
