Florene Booth, age 73, of Columbia, TN, passed away on Tuesday, July 8th, 2025 at her home in Columbia. Florene was born on November 5th, 1951 to the late Robert Booth and Marie Lee Tibbs. She proudly served her country in the United States Air Force. Florene worked for many years at General Motors in Flint, MI before moving to the southern middle Tennessee area to work and retire for Saturn in Spring Hill, TN. In her spare time, she enjoyed bowling, playing pool, listening and performing music, writing poetry, and spending time with her loving family.
She is survived by her son, Paul Booth (Angela); grandchildren, Tyler Clark (Tori), Ashlee Pimentel, Jahkya Booth; great-grandchildren, Embrie Garner and Nico Garner; siblings, Ruben Booth, James Booth, Pearla Booth, and Hazel Blockton; several nieces and nephews.
Graveside Services will be held at May Cemetery in Lawrenceburg on Thursday, September 11th, 2025, beginning at 12:00 PM.
