Franklin D Bumpas age 70 of Lawrenceburg died Saturday April 14, 2012 at Crockett Hospital. He was a native of Lawrenceburg, a member of West Gaines Church of Christ, and was employed by Murray Ohio for thirty years.
Frank was survived by one brother, Jerry Bumpas of Burbanks, CA, and four sisters, Mary Bumpas Frierson, Lillie Bumpas Jones, and Shirley Bumpas McGill, all of Lawrenceburg, and Dorothy Bumpas Beene of Chicago, IL.
He also left to mourn his passing, a host of nieces and nephews.
Frank was preceded in death by his parents, Leroy and Essie Lyon Bumpas, three brothers, Leroy Bumpas, Jr., Joe Bumpas, and Robert Bumpas; two sisters, Grace Bumpas Webster and Martha Bumpas Kennedy.
There will be a Graveside Service at Lawrence County Memorial Gardens April 18, 2012 at 2pm with Bro. Seth McGill officiating and interment at Lawrence County Memorial Gardens.
Visitation will be Tuesday, April 17, 2012 5 ~ 8 pm at Pettus-Turnbo Funeral Home.
