He is survived by his wife Ruth Willis Story of Leoma; one son Ricky Shaddix; one daughter Cindy Shaddix (Gary) Perry of Lawrenceburg; and two grandchildren Steven (Kayla) Perry and Stephanie (Clifford) Matney.
He was preceded in death by his parents Paul Story and Mary Lee Staggs Story; two brothers Neil Story and Marvin Story; two sisters Betty Quillen and Mary Ruth Story; and one son Rayburn Tony Shaddix.
Funeral service will be 2pm Thursday, June 12, 2014 at Pettus-Turnbo Chapel with Brother Pete Turnbo officiating and interment in Bethlehem Cemetery in West Point.
Visitation will be 5pm – 8pm Wednesday, June 11, 2014 at Pettus-Turnbo Funeral Home.
