He is preceded in death by his Parents, Omer and Cleo Hughes; Son, Houston Hughes; Sister, Shirley Staggs.
He is survived by his Wife, Ernestine Hughes; Brother, Rex Hughes (Anita); Sisters, Portia Brazier (Allan), Debra Mullins (Randy); Several nieces and nephews.
Visitation to be held at the Pettus-Turnbo Funeral Chapel on Wednesday, April 17th, 2019 from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. The Funeral service will follow at 1:00 p.m. with Brother Danny Huckabee officiating
Interment will be at Rochelle Cemetery.
