She is survived by her husband Walter Grimes of Lawrenceburg; three grandchildren Shannon Howell, Joseph Grimes and Katharin Grimes; and one great grandchild Nathan Grimes.
She was preceded in death by one son Roy Wayne Grimes; two daughters Delphia Grimes and Brenda Kilpatrick; her parents Joe Osborn and Essie Powell Osborn; four brothers and one sister also precede her in death.
Funeral service will be 11am Tuesday, November 8, 2011 at Pettus-Turnbo Chapel with Bill Brazer officiating and interment in Shady Grove Cemetery.
Visitation will be 5pm ~ 8pm Monday, November 7, 2011 at Pettus-Turnbo Funeral Home.
