James Dunn Webb age 86 of Lawrenceburg died Thursday, April 21st, 2016 at NHC Brink Street Lawrenceburg. He was a native of Lawrenceburg, a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church and retired from the US Coast Guard as Chief of Staff – Second District after 40 years of service.
He is survived his wife Jane Barnett Webb of Lawrenceburg and one son James D. (Christine) Webb, Jr. of Glen Carbon, IL.
He was preceded in death by his parents Chester Potter Webb and Marian Dunn Webb; one daughter Deborah Jane; one brother Chester P (Dody) Webb. Jr; and two sisters (Buck) Mary Buchanan Davis and Martha Louise (Dolly) Williams.
Funeral service will be 11am Monday, April 25, 2016 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church with Father Joseph Mundakal CMI officiating and interment in Calvary Cemetery with full military honors.
Visitation will be 5pm – 7pm Sunday, April 24th, 2016 at Pettus-Turnbo Chapel. Rosary will be 7pm Sunday, April 24th with Father Joseph Mundakal CMI conducting.
