Mrs. Mable Lee Barnett Polk, age 80 of Lawrenceburg passed away on April 5, 2015 at her residence. She was a native of Lawrence County, retired from Lawrence Co. Board of Education and member of the St. John’s United Methodist Church.
She is survived by her husband, James H. Polk of Lawrenceburg, TN; two sons, James H. Polk Jr. of Nashville, TN, William Jeffrey Polk of Lawrenceburg, TN; one daughter, Regina Grayson of Lawrenceburg, TN; six grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; one brother, William Scott Barnett of Nashville, TN; two sisters, Ida Ruth Wilson of Lawrenceburg, TN, Mary Kay Timmors of Columbia, TN.
Funeral Service will be held at Pettus-Turnbo Chapel, Thursday, April 9, 2015 at 1 pm and interment in Mt. Olive Cemetery.
Visitation will be held at Pettus-Turnbo Chapel, Thursday, April 9, 2015 12 noon until 1 pm.
