Mrs. Mary Alice Stutts Wright, age 88 of Lawrenceburg died August 12, 2011 at her residence. She was a native of Lauderdale, AL, retired factory worker from Forest Hills Pants Factory of thirty-five years, operated a Western Wear Store on the square for several years and also operated a grocery.
She is survived by two daughters, Doris White of Ethridge, TN, Shirley Jarrett of Linden, TN; two brothers, Billy Ray Stutts of Franklin, TN, Fulton Stutts of Wrigley, TN; five grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren, two great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Freemon A. Wright, a son, Larry D. Mitchell, her parents, Robert and Rachel Bradley Stutts, two brothers, Johnny & Odis Stutts and a sister, Ruby Miller.
Funeral Service will be held at Pettus-Turnbo Chapel, Saturday, August 13, 2011 at 2 pm with Bill Brazier officiating and interment in Shiloh Cemetery in Greenhill, AL.
Visitation will be held at Pettus-Turnbo, Friday, August 12, 2011 6 ~ 9 pm.
