Raymond W Jaco

Raymond W. Jaco age 83 of Lawrenceburg died Friday, June 27, 2014 at NHC Lawrenceburg Brink Street. He was a native of Toledo, Ohio, retired Operating Engineer, 1st Class Machinist Mate in the US Navy during the Korean Conflict, Former Commander of VFW, a member of the American Legion, a VFW Honor Guard and a Catholic.

He is survived by two sons Dale (Denise) Jaco of MN and Thomas Jaco of Ethridge; one daughter Patricia (David) Waller Destrehan, LA; one brother William C. Jaco of Toledo, OH; two sisters Rose Ann Stenlund and Emma Donnally both of Lawrenceburg; four grand children John David Waller, Sarah Waller, Aaron Jaco and Adam Jaco; three great grandchildren and a special friend Linda Martin of Lawrenceburg.

He was preceded in death by his wife Erna Jaco; his parents William C Jaco and Mary Kidd Jaco; three brothers Doyle, Rex and Charles Jaco; and one sister Mary Tom Brecht.

Funeral service will be 1pm Tuesday, July 1, 2014 at Pettus-Turnbo Chapel with Father Joseph Mundakal officiating and interment in Bumpas Cemtery.

Visitation will be 5pm – 8pm Monday, June 30, 2014 at Pettus-Turnbo Funeral Home.
