I remember Robert with great fondness. We were classmates at Ethridge Elementary School in Miss Ruby O’Rear’s primary classes (she moved with us from first through third grades.) Robert was such a sweet boy. I lost touch with him after those early years, but I have thought about my classmates from those years, and he is always in those memories. I know he was also a loving father and grandfather. I am sorry for your loss.

Uncle Rod was always giving to others. I remember him raising hogs and they were always so big and healthy. He will be greatly missed.
