Mrs. Ruth Hughes Kilburn

Mrs. Ruth Hughes Kilburn, age 80 of Lawrenceburg died June 9, 2011 at NHC Healthcare of Lawrenceburg. She was a native of Lawrence County, retired from Hughes-Parker Industries and a member of the Pea Ridge Church of Christ.

She is survived by one son, Mark Kilburn and wife Jackie of West Point, TN; one daughter, Linda Leighton Pigg and husband Jim of Lawrenceburg, TN; three grandchildren, six great-grandchildren, two great-great-grandchildren; two brothers, Boyd Hughes of Birmingham, AL, T.J. Hughes of Lawrenceburg, TN; two sisters, Jean Kilburn of West Point, TN, Peggy Smith of Knoxville, TN. She was preceded in death by her husband, William Kilburn of West Point, TN , parents, Robert and Janie Berryhill Hughes and step-mother, Mary Hughes and one sister, Ilan Romer of Lawrenceburg, TN.

Funeral Service will be held at Pea Ridge Church of Christ, Saturday, June 11, 2011 at 2 pm. with Danny Tice and Gary Hughes officiating and interment in Rochelle Cemetery.

Visitation will be held at Pettus-Turnbo, Friday, June 10, 2011 5 ~ 8pm and Saturday, June 11, 2011 8 am ~ 12 pm.

Memorial may be made to Alzeimers’s Association.
