Donald was born in Brooklyn, New York, to Charles and Ethel Meyrowitz.
He married the love of his life, Arline Hofbinder, in April of 1958, during his service in the United States Navy.
After his service, he worked several tough jobs before owning his business, Myrrow’s Outlet in Manhattan, which he operated for over 30 years.
After a brief retirement due to sickness, Donald went to work for Costco as a loss prevention agent for many years.
All of Donald’s customers, coworkers, friends, and family loved him due to his larger than life persona. He was quick witted, down-to-earth, great sense of humor, very caring, and extremely generous.
Donald loved taking care of his family and working out in the gym. Even in his 80's, he could lift 400 pounds on the seated row machine.
He was preceded in death by his brother, Jack Morrow.
Donald is survived by his wife, Arline Morrow; daughter Lisa Shiebler and her husband Frank; daughter Laura Gauthier and her husband Laurent; son Jeffrey Morrow and his girlfriend Tina Moore; grandchildren, Alycia Espinosa and her husband Chris, Kelly Gauthier, Erica Strickland and her husband Brandon, Michael Thebado, and Christopher Gauthier and his girlfriend Riley Cotton; sister-in-law Ruth Morrow, sister-in-law Susan Hurwitz and her husband Robert; cousin Diane Fox and many nephews and nieces.
