Duane had lived in Texas since 1999, moving here from California. He worked as a Computer Engineer and was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Leander. Duane was a published author and enjoyed painting and fixing things. He also enjoyed being outdoors boating, fishing and camping.
Duane was preceded in death by his parents. He leaves to cherish his memory his wife of 48 years, JoAnn Harvey; 8 children, 5 grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held Wednesday, March 16, 2022 at 11:00 am at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, 2101 Bagdad Road, Cedar Park, Texas. Funeral services will follow at the church at 12:00 noon. Interment will be held Thursday, March 17, 2022 at 9:00 am at the Central Texas State Veterans Cemetery in Killeen.
