Gloria was a true Virgo by birth and grew up in Waterford, Connecticut. This is where she met her husband, Bill, a Navy man, where they started their journey with a blind date. In 1980, they moved to Leander where they have been ever since.
Gloria loved food service, gardening, dogs, cats and different types of birds. She enjoyed spending time with family and bragged about her her children, grandchildren and the multiple great grandchildren.
Gloria is survived by her children; Randy and wife Connie Smith, Tammy and husband Mike Madrid, Tonya and husband Craig Dawson; grandchildren, William, Rachael, Jennifer, Tiffany, Cindy, Kenny and Kasey, multiple great-grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends.
Memorial services will be announced at a later date.
