James Phillip Stephens, known affectionately as Phil to his loved ones, entered into the presence of his Lord and Savior on October 10, 2025 in Copperas Cove surrounded by family, at the age of 75. Born on September 10, 1950, in the city of Austin, Texas, Phil was a man whose life was characterized by unwavering faith, boundless courage, and a passion that touched everyone he knew.
