I had the pleasure of working for Pat while she was Mayor of Leander. We had many good times at TML conventions and various civic events throughout the county. She taught me how to work hard, stay focused and enjoy life. She was also a teacher's assistant to my niece, Vicki, who loved her like an aunt. I just spoke with her a couple months ago. Will definitely miss her smile.

My thoughts and prayers are with Bobby.

I looked forward to every visit from Pat. She always brought a smile to my face. The love she had for Bobby was the most wonderful thing and I pray for his pain.
I remember one day Pat sharing with me how much she loved her grandmother and she felt that love was the ultimate unconditional love. As I am filled with sadness , I think she is in her grandmother’s arms now.
