Ray is preceded in death by his parents, Pete and Helen Bocanegra; one brother Tony; and one sister Cathy.
Ray is survived by his brothers, Pete and wife Lisa, Robert, Rudy and wife Sandy, and Rick; his sisters, Theresa, Connie and Arthur Aguilar, Mary Helen, Linda and Mike Sparks, and Judy and Joe Lara; and numerous nieces and nephews.
