Scott Dubielak is survived by his loving wife, Cassandra (Cassie) nee Brannen, his sons Kristopher and Marc Dubielak, stepdaughters, Victoria Sauvageau and husband Marco Lopez and Payton Sauvageau, his brother John Dubielak, nephew Ryan Dubielak, and parents, Florence and Ronald Dubielak.
After graduating from St. Patrick's in Chicago, Scott joined the army and served his country, sometimes overseas, for next nine years. When ending his career in El Paso, Texas, he joined the local city police department. After his move to Leander, Texas, he met and married Cassie and they became a close, blended family. Scott joined the Williamson County Sheriff's Office in Georgetown, Texas, where he served as a detective for almost 20 years before retiring this year. He was known for dedication to duty and service. Scott was deputized by the FBI to assist and work on criminal fraud investigations.
Scott enjoyed electronics, computers, and mostly practicing his skills at BBQ. He was a great cook, inside and out back, especially for his grilling and smoking meats, always adding his own special touch recipes. He loved animals and always had pets at home.
He will be remembered for always being ready to lend a helping hand to friends.
