Shiela grew up in Tumwater, Washington. She loved to ride and be around horses. Her love of horses is what drove her throughout her teenage years; but being a wife and mom is what made her the happiest. Her children and husband were the light of her existence. She was a strong person who could make people laugh, even in the hard times. She will be greatly missed.
We love you forever and always, Shiela.
Shiela is survived by her husband, Michael Kelly of Liberty Hill, Texas; sons, Brandon Butler of Olympia, Washington; Christopher DiLoreto of Des Moines, Washington; Blake Knoll of Palmer, Alaska, and daughter, Haley Kelly of Liberty Hill, Texas. She is also survived by one grandchild; her dad, Robert Evans; stepdad, Jerry Basher; brother, Raymond “Scott” Evans and his family; sister, Shelley Brown and her family; stepsister, Brenda Bonner and several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Shiela is predeceased by her mother Ramona Basher; her brothers, Korbin Lee Evans and Steven Evans; her stepmom, Sue Evans; stepsister, Dawn Briggs; and grandparents, Robert “Red” and Lucille Shenkel.
A celebration of life service will be held later in Washington with friends and family.
