Terry L. Satherlie

Terese "Terry" Satherlie, age 75 of Cedar Park, TX, died peacefully on Friday September 19th in Austin, TX surrounded by her family. She was born in Chicago, Ill on December 28th, 1949 to Ted and Lorraine Londis.

Terry was preceded in death by the love of her life and husband Timothy J. Satherlie; her parents Ted and Lorraine Londis; her mother-in-law Jeanne Anderson; her grandparents Frank and Lillian, and Paul and Johanna; her brothers-in-law Louis Rizzi Sr. and Roy Hagman; and her amazing grandson Alexander Reid.

She is survived by her siblings Paulette O'Brien, Valorie Rizzi, Sylvia San Pietro (Anthony), and Ted Londis (Laura); her children Stacey Kruczek (Gregory), Shawn Satherlie (Nancy), Dawn Knox, Rick Holtrop (Brekken), and Megan Reid (Douglas); her grandchildren Sianna Rose (Nathan), Austin Kruczek, Lucas Reid, Emma Kruczek, Tessa Kruczek, and August Holtrop; her great-grandchildren Seth Rose, Levi Rose, and Ellie Rose. She is also survived by many beloved nieces and nephews, and leaves behind a multitude of dear and treasured friends across the country, from Illinois and Minnesota in the north to Texas in the south.

Terry did not live for herself; she lived for others. Terry was a fighter in every stage of her life, from birth through her final days - when it was darkest, she shined for everyone. She was a blessing to so many for so long, and her legacy will be long-reaching through everyone she leaves behind. We know that she is now with so many that she has missed for so long, and that she is saved through Christ and is at peace.

A Celebration of Life will be held at Pilgrim Lutheran Church and School, 4300 N. Winchester Ave., Chicago, IL on October, 18, 2025 at 10:30 am.
