She was born in McCamey, Texas to Steve and Naomi Baldwin on March 18th, 1938. She graduated Kermit High School in 1956 and went on to college before marrying Thomas Gary McNabb on February 23, 1965 and having 2 boys, Steven Allen McNabb and Thomas Ray McNabb.
Preceding her in death were both her parents; her husband Thomas on January 21, 2002 and her oldest son Steve, November 23, 2021.
Vera is survived by her son Thomas, his wife Rebecca and their children Ryan and Justin; daughter in law Carole and her children Morgan and Flynn. She was immensely proud of all her grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, please consider a monetary donation to the St Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital in her memory. She chose to be cremated so there will be no internment.
A Celebration of Life with fellowship immediately following will be held on Saturday August 3rd, 2024 1pm at Weed Corley Fish Funeral Home in Leander, Texas.
