Bill was one of my best friends and a cousin I always enjoyed to see. He was truly like a brother to me. We shared a love of music and spent time talking about different time signatures and their application as well as his amazing musical compositions. I will miss him much and have difficulty knowing he is gone but it brings me joy knowing he is now living without pain and with our savior, Jesus Christ. 
It was amazing to see how God's sovereign plan brought Bill's family back to live close to him in his last days.  I sincerely pray for our Lord's blessings and comfort over Carolyn and all of Bill's family.
