Allen Willis Beamesderfer

Allen W. Beamesderfer, 79, Lebanon, passed away on Friday July 17, 2026 in the Penn State Hershey Medical Center. He was the husband of Diane L. (Boughter) Beamesderfer with whom he celebrated a 55th wedding anniversary in May. Allen was born in Newmanstown on April 4, 1947, a son of the late Herman and Mary Mae (Mohler) Beamesderfer. He served in the U.S. Air Force and was retired from the New Cumberland Defense Depot after many years of service. He was a long-time member of Hebron U.M. Church; Mt. Lebanon Lodge #226 F & AM; Zembo Temple Shrine; and the Tall Cedars of Lebanon Quittapahilla Forest No 25. He enjoyed bowling and playing softball. In addition to his wife, Allen is survived by a son-in-law: Robbie Allison; brothers: Samuel and Peter Beamesderfer; sisters: Ruth Saul and Carol, wife of Bruce Smith. He was preceded in death by a daughter: heather Allison. Graveside funeral service will be held on Thursday July 23, 2026 at 11:30 am. at the National Cemetery at Ft. Indiantown Gap with full military honors. A procession will form and leave the Rohland Funeral Home 508 Cumberland St., Lebanon at 10:45 am.
