Anna M. Rhoad

Anna M. Rhoad, 94, Lebanon, passed away in Cedar Haven on Wednesday February 27, 2013. She was the wife of the late George C. Rhoad, Sr. She was born in Lebanon on March 19, 1918 a daughter of the late John and Hattie Henry Stahl. She had volunteered at the Lebanon Senior Center for over 20 years and loved to play bingo and travel on bus trips. She is survived by children: George C. “Sonny” Rhoad, Jr. and wife Kathryn, Lebanon, Glen R. Rhoad and wife Doris, Fredericksburg, Nancy A. wife of Robert Ristenbatt, Lebanon, Betty L. wife of Arthur Leibich, Sr., Lebanon, 5 grandchildren; 6 great grandchildren; 2 great great grandchildren; also numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by a son: Robert Rhoad and a daughter: Mary Rhoad. Funeral services will be Monday at 2:00 P.M. in the Rohland Funeral Home 508 Cumberland St., Lebanon, PA 17042 where a viewing will begin at 1:00 P.M. Interment will be made in Kochenderfer’s Cemetery. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to AseraCare Hospice, 315 Primrose Lane, Suite 101, Mountville, PA 17554.
