Arlene June Rowe

Arlene June Rowe, 83, of Lebanon, passed away in her home on Thursday, November 27th, 2014. She was born on June 24th, 1931 in Lebanon, a daughter of the late William and Ada Wilson Leininger. Arlene was the wife of the late Foster E. Rowe Jr. who passed away September 7th, 1992. Mrs. Rowe retired in1997 from Housekeeping at the Good Samaritan Hospital. She was a member of the Women’s Steel Workers Assoc. where she served as the secretary. Arlene was a member of St. John’s U.C.C., Lebanon where she volunteered on many committees. She was an avid Bingo player. Surviving are daughters: Melody F. Rowe of Lebanon and Sheree J., wife of David Boltz, Annville; son: Rodney L., husband of Margaret Rowe, Lebanon; grandchildren: Leo; Shelly; David; Randy; Timothy; Cheyenne; Jeremy; Chris; great grandchildren: Scarlett; Lestat; Serenity; Haden; Holly; Christal; Jess; Zoey; Chris Jr. Arlene was predeceased by sons: Stephen C. and Michael Rowe. Arlene is the last surviving of her immediate family. A funeral service will be held in the Rohland Funeral Home Inc. 508 Cumberland St., Lebanon, Pa., 17042 on Thursday, December 4th, 2014 at 10:00AM with a viewing from 9:00AM until the time of the service. Interment will be in Indiantown Gap National Cemetery at 11:30AM. Contributions may be made in Arlene’s memory to the St. John’s U.C.C., 931 Willow St., Lebanon, Pa., 17046.
