Carol A Root

Carol A. Root, 77, Lebanon, passed away on Wednesday September 3, 2025 in Wellspan Good Samaritan Hospital. She was the wife of Ralph T. Root. Carol was born in Lebanon on February 5, 1948 a daughter of the late James and Genevieve May Fulk. She had been employed by Di-Anne Garment Factory; Cedar Haven and the former Dixie Drive-In. She enjoyed being a grandmother. In addition to her husband Carol is survived by children: Melissa A. Root Sanchez, wife of Pedro Sanchez; Cassius T. Root; grandchildren: Luis Montanez, Celine Rodriguez, Andres Rodriguez, and wife Joyneid, Imari Cruz, Heriberto Cruz, Pedro Morales Sanchez, Maracelys Morales-Sanchez, Isaac Morales-Sanchez, Janessa Morales-Sanchez; great-grandchildren: Aniya Rodriguez, Emarianna Gonzalez-Cruz, Israel Suriel Rosa; brothers: James Fulk, Jr., John Fulk, Frank Fulk, Scott Fulk, Thomas Fulk. She was preceded in death by siblings: Lucille, Janie and Butch. Funeral services will be Friday September 12, 2025 at 2:00pm in the Rohland Funeral Home 508 Cumberland St., Lebanon, PA 17042 with a viewing from 1:00pm until the time of service. Interment will be in Grand View Memorial Park.
