Crystal Lynn Geesey, 67, passed away within the comfort of her own home on Sunday, October 19, 2025. She was born in Lebanon on April 5, 1958 to the late Janet (Stoner) Deininger and Samuel Lewis Mann.
Crystal worked as a housekeeper for nearly four decades at Alpine Valley, formerly known as SpangCrest, before retiring in February of this year. She was a member of the Perseverance Fire Co. Club (The Perse) and the Pine Grove VFW, but she would go wherever there was good music and room to dance. Her greatest joy in life was dancing, and she loved to go out with her family to cut a rug. Crystal enjoyed crocheting and also to travel, one time she went on a three-month adventure around the entire United States of America with her mother-in-law Joanne. Crystal cherished her family and always looked forward to the next time they could be together.
She is survived by her son, Thomas (Jodi Lynn) Geesey; granddaughter, Autumn (Joel) Matteson; grandsons, Kolby and Dalton Geesey; great grandson Owen Matteson; sisters, Valerie (Al) Kipp, Dawn Hostetter, Audrey (Michael) Reddinger and brother Samuel A. Mann, as well as many beloved nieces, nephews and cousins. Crystal was preceded in death by her parents and her stepfather, Roger Deininger.
According to her wishes, there will be no services scheduled at this time. A Celebration of Life will occur at the family’s convenience.
