Dale Richard Glant, 51, of Lebanon, died as a result of the work related accident on Thursday, February 18, 2016. He was born in Lebanon on July 10, 1964, a son of Dorothy A. Nevin Glant of Lebanon and the late William James Glant. He was employed for many years with Weidle Sanitation Service of Lebanon. Dale was a member of the St. Gertrude’s Club; Liberty Fire Co.; and Maennerchor Club. He enjoyed playing cards, shuffleboard and following sports, especially the Minnesota Vikings. Surviving in addition to his mother are brothers, William J. Glants, Jr. and wife Wanda of Ligonier, IN; David A. Glant and companion Brenda Keisch of Lebanon; Gerald W. Glant of Lebanon; John F. Glant of Lebanon; Scott B. Glant of Lebanon; nieces, nephews, cousins, great nieces and nephews and a great great nephew. He was preceded in death by a sister, Juliann Lynn Glant and brother, Dennis Michael Glant. Funeral service will be held at the convenience of the family with NO VIEWING.
