I met Rick at HACC as an IT person in 1995 we worked together for many years and continued to be friends after I left HACC. If there was ever a loving soul Rick was one. I miss a good friend and pray he is at peace.

Rick (Bert) was my brother in law and good friend in our younger days . I will always cherish those times with the old gang. As life often does our lives went in different directions . He was always the easiest going guy you would ever want to meet and there isn't anyone who met him that had a bad word to say about him. You got your wings brother see you again one fine day.

I'm so sorry to hear about the loss of your dad. I worked with Rick for many years at HACC. Rick was the nicest man, and loved to talk about his family while he was helping me out with my technology issues. He always arrived with a smile! I hope you have loads of happy memories of your years together.

We were good friends in junior high and high school. We shared some good times together with his brother John, and the band (25). Then we went our separate ways as life took us down different paths. 20 years later our paths crossed again when I went back to college.

Rick was working in the IT department. We renewed our friendship while I was there and Rick was a big help with computers both in school and out.

He was always friendly and easy going. I’m sorry now I didn’t keep in touch after that. My heart breaks at having lost another friend without being closer than I should have been.
