

Duane Allen Pitt, 62, Lebanon, passed away suddenly on November 20, 2025. He was the loving husband of Tina Marie Pitt with whom he celebrated a 32nd wedding anniversary on June 27th this year. Duane was born in Lebanon on December 1, 1962, the son of the late George and Janice Pitt. He was a 1980 graduate of Lebanon High School and he was a master mechanic having certifications from LCCTC and HACC. He was the owner of Pitt’s Garage in Lebanon and was the youngest Indian Motorcycle restorer on the East Coast. Duane was considered by many to be able to fix anything and could build motorcycles from scratch. He enjoyed riding motorcycles and spending time at his second home in Daytona Beach, FL where he loved the blue skies at the beach. He was a kind man who would help anyone who needed it and was known to be a prankster who could make anyone laugh with his practical jokes. He was loved by everyone who knew him. Duane fought hard to get his life together after his previous injury. In addition to his wife, Duane is survived by children: Jeffrey Boehler, Jr. and wife Emily; Christopher Boehler and wife Tabby; grandchildren: Toby Boehler, Lorelai Boehler, Nova Boehler; sisters: Georgette Daub, NC; Judy Cocking and husband Roger, FL; brother: Randy Pitt and wife Jenny, SC; best friend Rick Hoffman. He was preceded in death by a son: Tye James Boehler. Celebration of Life will be held 1:00pm on Saturday December 20, 2025 in the Rohland Funeral Home 508 Cumberland St., Lebanon, PA 17042 with a time of visitation from 12:30pm until the time of service. Interment will be in Covenant Greenwood Cemetery.
